Great Opportunity for Economic Growth in New Brunswick

McKenzie College, a locally owned and operated private college is pleased to announce a new program offering in partnership with local industry. The Software Tester Program will be launched in September 2015, and will prepare students with the necessary skills to accept employment opportunities with GLI – Gaming Laboratories International and other partner companies in the Moncton area.

“GLI came to Moncton in 2011 and since then has enjoyed steady growth and anticipates ongoing significant growth right here in New Brunswick,” according to Kelly Black, the Director of Software Quality Assurance, Testing and Professional Services.

“This partnership is an important one for many reasons,” stated Dale Ritchie, President of McKenzie College. “As a post-secondary educational institution, we are preparing New Brunswickers with the skills they need to live and work here at home, while providing skilled talent to growing local companies who have decided to create a strong economic presence in our province.”
