Dale Ritchie
PresidentWith a B. Comm and post-graduate studies in Computer Science and Finance from Saint Mary's University, Dale Ritchie carries a wide variety of creative interests and decades of business experience. Dale's entrepreneurship and leadership has led McKenzie College to be one of Atlantic Canada's most respected post-secondary institutions. Being an artist himself, Dale knows the value of creativity at full potential and strives to instill that into our students.
Cathy Cormier
Campus AdministratorAs a Business graduate from the Academy of Learning, our Campus Administrator Cathy Cormier has great knowledge of the college system and handles daily operations of our school proudly and effectively. Cathy always greets each student by name and with a friendly smile; and always offers advice to students when needed.
Faron Dawe
Director of RecruitingAs a McKenzie College Alumni of 2000, Faron has built a career in the design and advertising field over the last 12 years, surpassing the expectations of past clients and employers in the areas of creative direction, graphic design and client relations. Now, as Director of Recruiting for McKenzie College, Faron brings a level of excitement, creativity and enthusiasm to our team.
Shannon Lynn
Director of MarketingWith exceptional art skills and a natural business sense, Shannon Lynn has recently been appointed Director of Marketing for McKenzie College. With a Bachelor of Commerce and HR Certificate from Saint Mary's University, Shannon completed the McKenzie College Visual Arts Foundation program in April 2013 and easily transitioned into this new role. Her artistic talent and magnetic personality make her a great addition to the staff here at McKenzie College.
Fabrizio Santori
Instructor, Visual Arts FoundationAs the Visual Arts Foundation instructor at McKenzie College, Fabrizio's degree from NSCAD University has given him a unique understanding of art, and how to unleash the creativity of his students. He instills visual literacy, design theory and artistic techniques throughout the program that equip the students with the foundation skills they need to catapult their careers as artists and designers.
Sophia Melanson
Instructor, Graphic DesignSophia brings a level of enthusiasm, passion and creative inspiration that naturally pushes our students to want to learn more, to work hard and to become the best designers possible in the short time they have at McKenzie. Her Bachelor of Design degree from NSCAD, Bachelor of Arts from Trent University and Master of Arts from the University of Toronto, combined with her teaching experience in NSCAD's Design division, make Sophia a key asset to the McKenzie College faculty.
Joël Culligan
Instructor, Photography Media ArtsWith 7 years experience in photography instruction, Joel Culligan knows the techniques and skills needed to be a successful professional photographer. He guides his students in mastering their cameras and capturing the environment they shoot successfully. Joel is an active photographer and visual artist, who has known for creating his own unique photography techniques and holds several exhibitions each year.
Judson Murray
Instructor, Software TesterWith a keen interest in Technology and Business, and a diploma in Computer Engineering Technology, Judson has developed a successful career in delivering global I.T. solutions over the past 16 years across Canada, The United States, The United Kingdom and Europe. Experienced in System Development, Design, Testing, and Customer Support, he is eager to instill industry best practices to his students in the Software Tester Program.
Jesse Kerpan
Language Centre Coordinator & InstructorJesse has been a TESOL certified instructor since 2003 and holds a degree in Language & Culture from UBC, Vancouver. He specializes in Japanese language and East-Asian culture, and was awarded a scholarship exchange to Aichi Gakusen University, Japan. His interest in travel, culture, and the outdoors has brought him to the East Coast, where he is now directing the programs and development of McKenzie College's English Language department.
